Yes, once you have done completing your plan, our experts will review your gradual improvements and also start meeting you at the exercise sessions in gym to help you determine which equipment can be beneficial for continued recovery.
The diagnosis for each patient is different and hence the recovery time is also variable. With our Physiotherapist’s unique plan of care for you, you may start to experience the decrease in pain from first few sessions itself.
Comfortable wear is advised to every patient so that the practitioners can examine the issues properly. Sneakers & loose-fitting clothes are ideal for attending the sessions for comfortable mobility.
The healing journey of each patient is different from one another and hence, the session timings might also vary for each of them. Generally, the very first session take around 1 hour 15 minutes to get completed. After that, each session lasts in between 45 minutes to 60 minutes. The sessions are held twice or thrice in a week.
